can cat get used to splashback?

Here's the question...I think I got problems on green because of splashback. I know there are tricks to deal with this problem (kleenex, lowering the water, etc, etc) but in long run can cat get used to the splash back eventually because I don't find it convenient every time to put kleenex inside to toilet after I use it or my cat for years to come

I used kitchen towels for about a month... and then started putting smaller pieces of it inside until one day there was none and they were fine. It's just one of those things they need to get used to. And the easier you make it for your kitty, the sooner it'll happen. Good luck
