HELP very stressed out owner

Hi there,

Is there anyone who can help with any suggestions? I have read so many posts on this forum and I still confused.

We have 3 cats (all 2years old) and one LK which we have been using for 3 months now.

All 3 had no problem with the red stage however 1 has a problem with the orange stage. After much reading we put the red disk into the toilet bowl with litter in underneath the oranage disk and she went without problems. We have been doing this for 4 weeks now and decided to take out the red disk.

Again the same cat will not go on it now and keep weeing and shitting on the floor next to the toilet. It is driving me and my husband crazy as we keep the litter sooo clean and now we have to clean the floor all the time.

We cannot let her out until she goes to the bathroom otherwise she uses the kids sandpit to do her business and our neighbours hate us.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. PLEASE HELP!
