Our LK doesn't fit in toilet seat

We bought LK some weeks ago. We have three cats. They learnt fast to using Red step on the floor, but we can't get next step (on the toilet seat), because it doesn't fit.

Our seat is smaller (narrowed in width) than LK or LK rings. When we put LK to toilet seat, LK rocking like a seesaw, and our cats scared it. And they make poop/pees on the floor.

Any ideas for our problem? We don't want use saw, because then we have to saw LK and ALL the rings....

Maybe it would help to put the toilet seat down over the LK? That helped us, but not sure how your toilet is...Maybe some help here:

I'm sure you can ask the people in the threads if they figured it out and how? Noone has posted any pics there yet - but I know that Rocky's mom still visit the forum from time to time and might try to offer some ideas :)
