I will have to get a foreign toilet seat, it must be flat.

Is there an American who has seen this toilet seat,in real life, and is willing to give me an opinion. http://www.soundfeelings.com/free/hip_pain.htm on the bottom of the page

I don't remember seeing that, but it looks like a good seat

It does look good, but very hard to see on the net...I can't find a flat toilet seat either...Only in real wood and I want plastic...

I was googled it and found something "funny" : http://www.relfe.com/toilet_seat_constipation.html

Maybe if we started using the toilet like in that link it would be easier for our cats

Not being funny or anything, used the squat toilets in turkey and the Greek islands. Once you get used to them they are great, especially for public toilets.

I don't really want one in the home though:)

It seems that if we did use those kinds of toilets we would squat just like the cats, but with more than a small seat to stand on...I wouldn't have one at home either as long as they can't make them "prettier"...

Good to know they are not so bad to use, maybe I will have to use one on a trip one day :)

I have seen a few videos where the cat isn't even using the toilet seat, like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B7kbpPhweg&feature=related
I would think it is more uncomfortable than the seat because it's so small, but maybe it's better since it's more flat?...

I know some people use a soft toilet seat when training their cats because it's easier, but others say the cats don't feel it's stable enough....So not sure what's right...

This one looks pretty flat:

Here is a flat toilet seat for a round toilet. I am still searching for an elongated toilet seat at topseat.

Here is the site for a flat round toilet seat with pictures.
